ITV News confirmed that Pandora 'plans to manufacture platinum-plated alloy-core jewellery, which will be cheaper to produce than pure silver pieces.' CNBC noted that Pandora's stock has fallen around 60% over the past 12 months as a result of the raw material volatility and brand pressures.
