HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
We now use self serve returns. Simply submit product return requests directly from your Shopify store account. We'll then approve or decline the request and email shipping instructions. You can log-in using this link.
Please notify Lily Charmed via the returns portal or email us at hello@lilycharmed.com if you wish to return your order. Upon receiving your order, you have 28 days to notify us regarding cancelling the order and receive a refund or exchange the item, excluding any postage fees you may have incurred. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted if your order total now falls below the offer threshold.
We recommend you send your package using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about any product (except items purchased in our sample sales) simply return your item(s) in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of purchase

For change of mind we do not pay for return delivery charges and cannot be held responsible for returned items that may go missing in the post. We suggest using a tracked service.
Once your return is received, a refund for the cost of the items will be provided within a maximum of 7 working days.
Please note: If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will have been adjusted if your order now falls below the offer threshold.
Express delivery services can't be refunded unless delivery is delayed.
You cannot return e-gift cards bought on this site.
Wrong product sent or Damaged goods?
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we shall send the correct goods as soon as we are notified. We'll also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original postage, including any express delivery costs.
We will always aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times this may take longer. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date.
We do not dispatch on weekends or National holidays.

ARE DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER PRICE?
For all international orders (where applicable), duties, fees, taxes, and shipping will be calculated and paid upfront at checkout. This is the total landed cost, ensuring your order is delivered directly to your door with no additional costs from your local customs. Customers will not need to make any further payments upon delivery.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@lilycharmed.com as soon as possible.
Our orders are processed and dispatched quickly by our fulfilment partner, so although we will always try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to stop the delivery. You can still return your order to us once received, but return postage costs will be your responsibility.
Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed please contact us at hello@lilycharmed.com and we will assist with tracking the package.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service.
