Terms and Conditions

  • The Great Mini Bake giveaway ("the Promotion") is run by Lily Charmed Ltd. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
  • Eligibility: open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Lily Charmed and Scream Pretty, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Promotion may not enter.
  • How to enter: entrants sign up to the Lily Charmed newsletter via the Klaviyo form linked from the DM automation (keyword BAKEOFF) or from qualifying Instagram posts, and complete the short entry questionnaire. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.
  • Promotion period: opens [launch date, w/c 21 September 2026] and closes [entry deadline, 31st October 2026]. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
  • Prize: one (1) winner will receive a code worth £400 to spend towards Lily Charmed Jewellery. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no cash alternative. Any value not redeemed within the redemption window is forfeited.
  • Winner selection: the winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date 31st October. Winner will be announced via Instagram and notified directly by DM or email. 1st November 2026
  • Response window: the winner must respond to confirm acceptance within 48 hours of first being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Lily Charmed reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Redemption window: the winner has 10 days from the date of notification to redeem their prize code, closing 31st October 2026. The code is single-use, cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, and expires before the Black Friday sale period begins. Unredeemed prizes after this window are forfeited.
  • Data use: entrants' data will be used in accordance with the Lily Charmed Privacy Policy and, where consented to, for marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Channel 4, Love Productions, or the Great British Bake Off.
  • Lily Charmed reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its control, and to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • This competition is open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
  • The promoter is: Lily Charmed Ltd (registered company no. 5688736) 
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  •  Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • The winner’s name will be available 21 days after closing date by sending an email to hello@lilycharmed.com
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
