Engraving missing

I ordered this necklace which is beautiful but the engraving was missing. The order I filled in was not the same as they said they received. It looked nothing like the form I filled in. They said I could send it back and they would engrave it at first at a cost but after I pointed out it was an engraved necklace they said no charge . I haven’t sent it back as it will cost to send it and also I’m worried it may get lost in the post. I do like it it’s lovely and wouldn’t like to loose it. It really is a shame and disappointing

Therefore you are welcome to send this back to us and we will engrave it for you. I can email you a label to return it to us?
