The charm didn't arrive but, after several e-mails, the company sent another charm, which arrived after 3 days. I have only received this request for a review after the second charm arrived, which leads me to wonder whether or not the first one was ever sent?? In fairness, the company did respond quickly and did resolve the issue but I am concerned that it happened in the first place. The charm is lovely but was expensive compared to other from other companies.
