I ordered a sterling silver necklace with letter charm a few days before Christmas for my daughter. Customer Service was excellent as one of the owners rang to ask me if the letter I had asked for was the correct one before she sent it, as it was a different initial to my daughter’s name. Lovely to give when not sure persons taste

Having bought many items from Lily Charmed I knew they’d be the best bet for a gold initial pendant. Have put it on my own longer chain but it looks great.

The chain had a little kink in it so it wasn't fully straight. Lily Charmed were so helpful & fixed the problem swiftly by replacing it for me. The actual necklace is lovely although the chain is a little delicate. Thee intital(h) harm is a solid and decent size and very well made.

The necklace arrived but unfortunately had a small break, which led to a loss of charm initials. On sharing details of the fault, Lily Charmed quickly replaced the faulty item and lost charms in a matter of days. The replacement product is ideal, as hoped.

I bought two of them for my granddaughters for Christmas and I'm sure they will be pleased with them. They are a little different in that the initials are not in capital letters, so quite unique.
