Nice charm but issue with the bracelet

The charm and bracelet itself look lovely. But very disappointed that i cant add the charms that i have previously bought from lily charmed despite being told they would fit on. They dont fit on over either the latch, or the lily charmed tag at the other end, so therefore this specific bracelet only works with the clip on charms.

Very quick with delivery and great product ...

Only tiny issue was on original charm there were scratches which I assume came from engraving something so small.
