I ordered a charm for my daughter’s birthday but the clasp was not quite large enough to fit on her bracelet. I asked if I could possibly order a larger clasp . They were so quick to respond and quickly organised me a larger clasp to be fitted, no quibbles or charges. Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend and will definitely be using again .
