Caring for Enamel Jewellery

To keep your enamel jewellery in tip top condition, avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, perfume, hot tubs, steam rooms and ultrasonic cleaners which can damage the enamel. Direct Sunlight, saltwater and humidity can also degrade enamel. Store in a soft pouch to prevent scratches while not in use.

… just wish it had enamel on both sides as - inevitably - the charm flips during wear.

I loved the charm it was beautiful, until it broke however I did receive a replacement which was great!! I woukd say I wish the ring clasp was a bit bigger so it would fit on my Pandora charm bracelet !!! Cos that’s what I wanted it for! However it didn’t :( so I had to hold off from purchasing the rest of the biscuit charms

We are sorry that the charm broke and the clasp wouldn't fit onto the bracelet that you wanted. We are changing all the clasps so they fit onto other style bracelets in the near future.
