UK Delivery Options
We offer FREE UK standard first class delivery for all orders above £30. Orders below this are charged at £1.95. We use Royal Mail for this delivery service, and for higher value items your package may require a signature on delivery.

We will always aim to dispatch all standard (non-engraved) orders within 1 working day of receipt however during busy times dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by Royal Mail and commence from dispatch date.
Overseas Shipping Options
We offer two levels of shipping services to all non-UK destinations, that will usually require a signature upon delivery. Please note that orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of order. For example if you order on a Saturday or a Sunday your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
- Royal Mail’s International Airmail Service.
- DHL Courier Service which is a fully tracked service.

Royal Mail overseas tracking numbers are sent out with your dispatch email. If using the courier service, DHL will email the recipient directly with delivery details and timings.
Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio.
Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for UK Royal Mail and 21 days for International Airmail since dispatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service.
