UK Delivery Options

(Update 1st Oct 2022 - Due to ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail you may experience a small delay in receiving your jewellery) 

We offer FREE UK standard delivery for all orders above £30. Orders below this are charged at £1.95. We use Royal Mail 48 for this delivery service (1-3 Days delivery) and for higher value items your package may require a signature on delivery. We also offer Next Day delivery options:

Orders are shipped within 1 working day of receipt however during busy times dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by Royal Mail and commence from dispatch date.
We do not dispatch on weekends or National holidays.

Overseas Delivery to Europe 

We ship to Europe via OCS Worldwide who offer a tracked service to mainland Europe and Ireland. All items will be delivered door to door with no additional taxes or duties to pay.

International Delivery to USA and Rest of World

We offer different levels of shipping services to some International destinations using Royal Mail or express shipping using DHL Express, that will usually require a signature upon delivery.  Currently we are unable to ship to Canada.

Please be aware that some international orders may be liable to import taxes, duties, and custom charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charges once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. If you are unsure please check with your local customs office.

Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. 

For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Please notify Lily Charmed via email if you wish to return your order. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition. Upon receiving your order, you have 28 days to notify us regarding cancelling the order and receive a refund or exchange the item, excluding postage fees.

Extended Christmas Returns 2022

All cancellable goods ordered between 14th November and 23rd December 2022 can be returned in their original condition at any time before Monday 16th January 2023. For all cancellable goods purchased on or after 24th December December 2022, our standard 28-day returns policy applies.

Once received, a refund for the full costs of the goods will be provided within a maximum of 7 days.

Please Note: Engraved products are non returnable

Express delivery services can't be refunded unless delivery is delayed.

Wrong product sent/Faulty goods?

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we shall send the correct goods immediately. We'll also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original postage, any express delivery costs.

Our 1 Year Warranty

We are proud of the quality of our jewellery. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your product without question if your jewellery is affected by faulty workmanship. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

This warranty does not cover lost items, natural tarnishing, or scratches associated with normal wear and tear (for example a bent or dented ring or snapped chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product carried out by a third party outside of Scream Pretty.


Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Screampretty.com) will not be covered under this warranty. In this instance please reach out to the company or store that the items were originally purchased from.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Returns
Occasionally Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery is not delivered on time. If this happens you have the right to return your product. If you keep it, we'll refund you the additional postage costs. If you decide to return your item we will refund all costs and return postage costs up to our standard delivery charge of £1.95.
