Promotions and Discount Codes

  • From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes. These promotions are subject to the following terms:
  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
  • Promotions may be subject to minimum spend requirements, product exclusions or time limits, which will be specified where applicable.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on sale items, gift cards or selected products unless stated otherwise.Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where a promotion or discount code has been used incorrectly or in breach of these terms.
  • Discount codes are intended for the recipient of the promotion only and may not be valid if obtained through unauthorised third-party websites or shared publicly where this was not intended.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice where necessary.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Issuer. Lily Charmed gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Lily Charmed Ltd. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
  2. Format. Gift Cards are issued digitally (e-gift card) and delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. We do not issue physical gift cards.
  3. Where they can be used. Gift Cards are valid for purchases on lilycharmed.com only, including via our Online Store, Shop app, Buy Button, and Facebook Shop, as well as in person at any point of sale we operate. They cannot be used on Scream Pretty or on any third-party marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, Wolf & Badger, NOTHS, etc.).
  4. Denominations. Gift Cards are available in fixed denominations of £25, £50, £75 and £100.
  5. Validity. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown in the confirmation email. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be reactivated, refunded, or extended, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
  6. Redemption. Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout using the unique code provided. They can be used to purchase any product on our site, including sale and clearance items.
  7. Partial use. If the order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card and can be used against future orders (subject to the expiry date). Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
  8. Discount codes and promotions. Gift Cards are a method of payment, not a discount, and can be used together with a discount code on the same order, subject to the standard terms of that discount code.
  9. Multiple gift cards. More than one Gift Card can be applied to a single order.
  10. Purchasing further gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  11. Top-ups. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up once issued. A new Gift Card must be purchased separately.
  12. Returns and refunds. Where an order paid for (in whole or in part) with a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or back onto the original Gift Card, not to a bank card or PayPal.
  13. Loss, theft and fraud. Gift Cards are treated like cash. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or fraudulently used Gift Cards once the code has been redeemed, and we will not issue a replacement or refund in these circumstances. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a Gift Card, and to refuse redemption, where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
  14. Delivery. We aren't responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, or by the recipient's email provider (e.g. spam filtering).
  15. Errors. If a Gift Card is issued in error (e.g. incorrect value, duplicate issue), we reserve the right to correct or cancel it.
  16. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of purchase will apply to that Gift Card.
  17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
