How is the gift card delivered?
By email, sent to the address you provide at checkout. If you're buying it as a gift, you can send it directly to the recipient's inbox.
How long does my gift card last?
Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in your confirmation email.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yes. A gift card is a payment method, so it can be combined with a discount code on the same order.
Can I use my gift card on sale items?
Yes, gift cards can be used to purchase any product, including sale and clearance items.
What if my order costs less than my gift card balance?
Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on a
future order before it expires.
What happens if my order is returned?
The refund is issued as store credit or back onto the original gift card, not to your bank card or PayPal.
What if I lose my gift card code?
Gift cards are treated like cash. Once a code has been redeemed, we can't offer a replacement or refund if it's lost, stolen, or misused.
