Bit crass to ask for review when order is incomplete - see messages exchanged this week repeat, this week! Not impressed with service - goods fully paid some 9 weeks ago - circa time of our granddaughter’s 18th birthday.Need we say more?

The parcel went awry, but the post office found it next door. Right address on invoice, but wrong on the label. The photo in the catalogue misrepresented the actual items. They were much smaller than I expected, in as much as the engraving was so small and nearly unreadable with naked eye. The engraving in the catalogue looked much larger and clearer. Showed my daughter and she could read them, so decided to keep all three for my granddaughter's Xmas presents. Too much faff to send them back, as i don't think they could be improved on. Worth £215? not sure really. All in all quite disappointed, really sorry, as they seemed just the keepsake I wanted for them, from me.
